Refund policy

  • You can exchange/return your purchase within 7 days as long as the product is in absolute original condition with tags attached/uncut and original ASTIGUE packaging.
  • If a price is reduced during a sales promotion, exchanges will only be processed at the new, discounted price.
  • Items that are used or misused are not eligible for exchange.
  • Claims for damaged merchandise must be made within 3 days of purchase. For online orders, report any damage within 3 days of delivery.
  • If the claim is accepted, A coupon of equal value will be issued. This coupon can only be redeemed online.
  • Claims and exchanges may require 1–2 weeks for processing.

Exchange/Return Policy (Online Purchase)

If for any reason you wish to exchange/return an item, you can use any of the two options, within 7 days of purchase.

Option 1

Exchange/Return from home. Our courier partners will collect and replace items from your doorstep. The charge for this service is Rs. 220/-.

Attach mobile video of old product with tags attached/uncut and in original condition.

Option 2

This service is free of cost. All you need to do is to send the products, via traceable courier company that provides tracking number and proof such as TCS or Leopards, with the original receipt, original tags attached/uncut and packing material at our address which will be communicated to you via our Email "support@astigue.com" along with the following details.

After inspection, our team will dispatch the required products.

Items already exchanged, are not applicable for return/exchange.
Items purchased at full price will be exchanged at the current price only.
